Most parents just want to send their children to Spain and do not want to go with them. They want to give students time to adjust to the country and learn the language before entering university in Spain. While parents live in their home areas.
Here you should understand that there are five levels of education in Spain – from preschool to higher education. Through them all
Preschool Education
Preschool education includes kindergarten where children under the age of six go. They are private and public. If you do not live in Spain, you will not be able to apply for a park. So your only option is a private garden.
Of course, you can apply for a private garden. But in reality, it is impossible to imagine how a 4-year-old child can obtain a visa for free immigration. Even if one of the parents lives in the country, at least our company does not deal with such a problem – preschool-age children travel only as part of their family.
There are cases in our practice when parents, for example, go to university and go with their children under a financially independent individual program. An invitation must be received from the school the child attends. But this rule does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
Primary School
In Pakistan, a primary school for children between the ages of six and twelve is organized as follows: A teacher teaches the basics. And we have additional subjects (mostly in foreign languages, physical education, and arts.
When we talk about the free movement of children at this age. This is always a difficult topic because the child needs parents in the country. In which children will live and which will provide the necessary conditions for life and education.
One option is for parents to move forward with their children as financially independent individuals. But you can still enroll your child in a private school and live with him on a dependent visa. Here you need to enter information about three types of education in Spain: public, subsidized (semi-private) and private.

If you do not live in Spain and do not have income, registration, and residency documents. In principle, you will not be able to enroll your child in a public school under any circumstances. Your child may be attending a private or semi-private school.
You will also need to obtain a residence permit at a semi-private school. Studying there will cost around 300 euros per month, the private school does not require any registration information, you just have to submit and your child is registered. The cost of attending a private school starts at 5,000 for a Spanish school and € 10,000 for an English-speaking school.
You should understand that when you have recently traveled to Spain with a child between the ages of 6 and 12, you will need to apply for a visa to enter the country. You must enroll your child in a private school and then transfer him or her to another country. Among the benefits, we can note is the fact that in this case, the child did not pass the school entrance test. (This is in contrast to the situation in which children in the country pass the entrance examination for admission in private and semi-private schools).
That is, traveling with children between the ages of 6 and 12 and obtaining a parent visa is a good option for family immigration.
Basic Secondary Education
Children between the ages of 12 and 16 receive secondary education and at this age, they can now send their children to Spain. But only private schools can get it. There are two options: the child will have a local guardian or the child will go to a private school with a full board that acts as a parent. The boarding school costs 30,000 euros a year, but the students receive accommodation, meals, classes, and teacher supervision.
There is only one caveat: At the age of 11-12, children pass the Spanish language proficiency test at school. As learning becomes increasingly difficult and they have access to many new subjects, parents should take care to prepare the child for themselves: they will not be able to study in the sixth or seventh grade without knowing the language. ۔
High School Graduate (High School)
We are talking about sixteen or eighteen years of education. This process of study is called “bachelor to” in Spanish.
Many people try to finish high school in their home country to go to university in Spain. But the problem is that the elite in Spain was less than two years old. As in Pakistan, but up to the age of 3, it is not true that your child will enter the first year of bachelor’s, perhaps after the test. He will go to high school and complete his education there.
At this age, children are not yet able to move freely. But he was able to live relatively freely in Spain, for example, he was allowed to live in a hostel. Not with parents, but you still need parents in the country so that you can travel with your child or send him to boarding school on a companion visa.
Higher Education
As we have said many times, children in Europe go to school longer. So he entered the university at the age of eighteen. Not like our country from the age of sixteen or seventeen. That is, even if your child has a school diploma at the age of seventeen. When he moved to Spain at the age of 18, he still needed his parents.
The admission process is fairly standard: the child goes to university, goes to the language year, and turns eighteen when he starts university. Since then, he no longer needs a mentor. But another side to the coin: is that soon as a child turns 18, their parents lose the right to apply for a visa.
